Welcome to the Not Just Another Mentoring Program!
We launched our Assistant Teacher progran in 2011 with the aim of nurturing and equipping our advanced students to evolve into skilled dance instructors. Students participating in this program not only gain valuable hands-on experience as Assistant Teachers, but also actively contribute to recreational and competitive dance classes for our younger students.
We blend practical insight and academic understanding, ensuring that participants are well-prepared for a future in dance education. As members of our Mentoring Program, these dedicated dancers continue to attend personal dance classes at the studio, serving as inspirational role models within the vibrant NJADS Family.
