Sarah brings a dynamic blend of technical excellence, creativity, and industry experience to the NJADS Summer Dance Lab! An Associate of the Cecchetti Society of Canada and certified instructor in both Progressing Ballet Technique and Conditioning with Imagery, Sarah is passionate about helping dancers grow both technically and artistically.
With an Honours Degree in Dance from York University and extensive experience performing, choreographing, adjudicating, and teaching across Ontario, Sarah creates inspiring classes that challenge dancers to explore movement, strengthen technique, and elevate their performance quality.
During Week 7 on August 24th, Sarah will lead dancers through a Lyrical Technique & Foundations class followed by a dynamic combo class, focusing on movement quality, artistry, emotional connection, and performance.
