Competitive Director
Kelly is not only a dedicated NJADS staff member but also a proud dance mom to two energetic girls who have been dancing with us since the age of 3. (She’s even been known to slip into a tap or ballet class herself! 😉)
For Kelly, the studio has been a second home since 2014. Over the years, she’s built lasting friendships and become an irreplaceable part of the NJADS family.
Before joining us full time, Kelly worked as a Registered Early Childhood Educator, specializing in Special Needs and Autism Intervention, and was the proud owner of Playville—Hamilton’s very first indoor play village.
Today, Kelly wears many hats at NJADS! She directs our expanding competitive program, coordinates auditions, team placements, and competitions, and oversees the creative world of costume design and selection for both recreational and competitive dancers. From sparkling fabrics to the final stage reveal, Kelly loves bringing the teachers’ visions to life through costumes that shine just as brightly as our dancers.
From time to time you will find her at the Hamilton reception desk or surrounded by sequins, rhinestones, and swatches—proof that Miss Kelly truly is our queen of sparkle and shine.
