SDL Week 5 | Tap
Kaitlin is a highly accomplished dance educator, choreographer, and adjudicator with over 20 years of experience in the performing arts industry. Trained in RAD and Cecchetti Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Acro, Tumbling, Lyrical, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, and Hip Hop, she brings a strong and versatile technical foundation to every class she teaches.
As a competitive dancer for sixteen years, Kaitlin earned numerous titles, top overall awards, and scholarships that allowed her to train throughout Canada and the United States. Her professional performance experience includes film, television, theatre, and live productions, and her choreography has received recognition across North America. Kaitlin is also the Director of a Toronto-based dance studio where she trains dancers of all ages and levels while inspiring confidence, artistry, and growth in her students.
During Week 5 of the NJADS Summer Dance Lab on August 10th, dancers will work with Kaitlin in an exciting Tap workshop focused on rhythm, musicality, performance quality, and dynamic movement. Dancers can look forward to a high-energy class that will challenge, inspire, and help them grow as performers.
