RECITAL:

The Annual Recital is held at the end of the Spring Session. This allows students to show off their new skills and perform for family and friends. We provide students the opportunity to perfect their performance skills, and increase their self-confidence. The $50.00 recital fee is included in the Spring session fee (if your child WILL NOT be participating in the recital you may deduct the recital fee). The recital fee includes the student's costume, two tickets to the recital, a class picture, a gift for each child at the recital and administrative fees to cover the hall rental, technician and instructor fees, decorations etc.  Click on the image below to see a montage from our 5th Annual Dance Recital in 2008.

SHOWCASE:

The Christmas Showcase is held at the end of the Fall Session.  It allows students to work on their performance skills, and perform for their parents on stage.  Showcase is for immediate family only.  This is due to hall capacity, and also for many students is the first time performing, so we prefer to keep the show intimate.  Grandparents, Aunt and Uncles etc. will have a change to attend our annual recital in June.  There is no additional fee for the showcase, and costumes are not provided (Students wear their normal dance wear, or items they have at home for the showcase).  In lieu of tickets, non-perishable food is collected for the Neighbour-to-Neighbour Food Bank.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES:

Book a dance class for your child's birthday party. An instructor will come to your home and keep the children entertained for your child's birthday party. Dance classes in Ballet, Jazz, and Hip Hop, or a combination of all three styles are available. $50.00 for a 45-minute dance class, which typically includes a warm-up, two combinations, and some creative movement or dance games. Check with the studio for availability (905) 529-9885.
